After your payment is verified. Your products will ship within same day of your order, and then take up to 1-5 business days and for some products are 2 to 9 business days reach to your doorstep. Each product at KRACLIN has an estimated delivery time that you can find in the product description.
Cancellations are possible if you don't receive your package within time frame specified for each individual product. Sometimes orders get sent out before we can process the cancellations. So if you cancel your order but still receive the package, then please go ahead and do on of three things: recycle it, donate it, or enjoy it.
